Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery date
• Products must be in original, unused condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals included
• No physical damage or signs of use
• Serial numbers and labels intact
• Return authorization obtained before shipping back

How to Return

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

• Send you an email confirmation within 24 hours
• Process your refund to the original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days
• Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
• Items returned after the 7-day period

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different model or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get the exact item you want without delays.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange free pickup and replacement or full refund
• Priority processing for defective items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process)
3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
